Cleansing through the Seasons
You may be surprised to hear that a remarkable array of health issues are correlated to the internal cleanliness. Toxins from environmental and dietary sources (which are known as exotoxins) it’s been found can do harm to virtually every body part. This type of toxins are the natural side effects of immune system activity, our digestive work, food allergies, leaky gut syndrome, candida, bacterial infections, sluggish colon or hormone activity.
Doing a body cleanse will stimulate your body’s natural ability to take out elevated toxins that have piled up. Body cleansing is a process that happens systematically in our body. For someone living a hundred years or more ago, doing a body detox may have been unthinkable. Such a person’s body detoxified itself fully, constantly able to keep up with the regular flow toxins. Now, however, our systems can’t keep stride. Our exposure to an ever increasing quantity of environmental toxins mixed with a diet of processed and artificial foods stress and interfere with the body’s innate cleansing procedure.
